We are pleased to introduce clients and Web visitors to the services of Northland Asset Management.

Northland Asset Management is the branch of our organization that provides registered investment advisory services to clients — services that are also known as "managed money." We are an SEC registered financial advisory firm.

As a valued client, or someone new to our firm, we offer customized money management programs based on your individual investment goals and risk parameters. Northland will work with you to determine the appropriate asset allocation and specific investments that should be used to achieve your goals. If your social values influence your investment portfolio, we are able to help you choose investments that respect your values.

In addition, we help you determine the level of involvement that you want to have with the account. You may want to be involved in decision making on a regular basis, or you may prefer to designate responsibility for investment decisions to Northland or to a designated professional management firm.

Our cost structure is customized also, based on the size and type of investment, as well as the amount of activity required to meet the goals. Our fees are always competitive with comparable industry standards.
