Northland's Public Finance professionals have years of experience in providing financing for essential function projects on Indian Reservations throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Projects include medical clinics, roads, administration buildings and wastewater treatment facilities. The credit support for these financings includes BIA guarantees, SBA guarantees, gaming revenues and other federal government sources. In addition, the professionals at Northland Public Finance are working in Washington, D.C., to secure legislation to fund the replacement, improvement and repair of Treaty Tribe schools, which is the responsibility of the federal government.
