Northland plans and structures financings, and assesses market conditions that impact the economics of financings. Our credit analysts evaluate credit quality and manage the credit rating process. Northland's staff builds the market plan and identifies and prepares potential investors for the upcoming issue. After a bond sale, we support the client and investing public by maintaining a secondary market in the securities.
