Richard G. Asleson

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Dick is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Public Finance Department of Northland Securities. Dick has been a public finance professional since 1988, having previously worked with Juran & Moody. Prior to that, he was the City Administrator for Apple Valley for 16 years. Dick has extensive experience helping cities and towns finance their infrastructure and utility improvements, specializing in the area of tax increment financing. He also brought to market the first CREB (Clean Renewable Energy Bonds) issue in the State of Minnesota for a municipality financing a wind turbine to generate energy.
