PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Monte, a Vice President with Northland Securities, has been in the municipal bond business since 1987. Monte has financed a variety of municipal projects for city, town and county issuers, including street, sewer, water and storm sewer infrastructure improvements, as well as public buildings through voter-referendum or lease arrangements. Monte has also developed detailed Debt Management Studies in order to construct comprehensive financing strategies for municipalities. As a former City Administrator, Monte is familiar with all aspects of municipal operations, including debt management, annual budget preparations and ongoing budgetary control procedures, utilities project planning and public facilities project development.
