William E. Fahey

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Bill is a Vice President in the Public Finance Department of Northland Securities. Bill has over four decades of experience in local government finance, having served early in his career as City Clerk, Treasurer and Administrator in three different communities, followed by public finance positions as an advisor or investment banker. He has previously served as CEO at two different financial advisory firms, and has taught courses in accounting, governmental administration, and the election process. Bill works with municipalities and schools in Minnesota and North Dakota. He has particular expertise in public power agencies and bringing utility financings to market.
