Rusty specializes in financial planning and problem solving for governmental, private development and nonprofit organizations. He has helped public and private clients solve critical financial and community development issues for the past 30 years. His unique background includes professional experience as an independent financial advisor, a planning consultant and a city manager. Rusty has extensive project experience in the areas of infrastructure, public facilities, housing, redevelopment, annexation/mergers, and group decision making. His technical abilities are complemented by group process skills that help clients understand complex issues and reach agreement to take action. Rusty is a Senior Vice President and the Director of Northland Strategies.
