PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Michael is a Senior Vice President at Northland Securities, specializing in education finance. Michael has been a public finance professional since 1992. He is experienced at structuring and coordinating different types of competitive and negotiated issues, including general obligation bonds and notes, cash flow borrowings, certificates of participation, revenue bonds and lease-purchase agreements. In addition, Michael assists clients in OPEB funding, referendum campaign planning, debt management, credit rating analysis, loan placements, establishing revolving funds, capital improvement and operational planning models, fiscal impact studies and investment of funds.
