Lee is a Vice President of Northland Securities and has been a public finance professional since 1984. Lee specializes in refinancing and restructuring debt, and has been innovative in the techniques and strategies utilized to maximize refunding savings. He is the premier refunding specialist in Minnesota and has conducted some of the largest and most complex refundings in the Upper Midwest, as well as on a national level. Lee is also experienced in tax impact analysis, arbitrage rebate, sizing and structuring of bond issues, and investment of bond proceeds.
