PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A veteran in the industry with more than three decades of experience, Steve is a specialist in structuring debt for municipalities and also works extensively with cities on investment of their funds. He has been a public finance professional since 1972, having previously worked with Juran & Moody. Steve helps cities, towns and counties finance their infrastructure needs, assists with their credit rating process and provides refinancing/restructuring of their debt. Steve is a founder of Northland Securities and a member of Northland's Board of Directors.
