PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Paul is a Senior Vice President within the Public Finance Department of Northland Securities. A public finance professional since 1989, Paul‘s primary focus is on assisting governmental entities to plan and finance their infrastructure improvements, economic development initiatives, and health care and housing needs. He draws on his direct access to and knowledge of the credit markets to help issuers determine the best financing method to issue their debt, based on their unique structuring and credit situations.
