PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Tom is a Vice President in the Public Finance Department of Northland Securities and is proficient in credit analysis of 501( c) 3 organizations.  Tom focuses primarily on debt structuring for health care and housing facilities projects.  He has also served school districts in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa and specializes in the area of Charter schools.  By monitoring the market on a daily basis and understanding a client's credit, Tom is able to ensure that his clients receive appropriate pricing in the market for their transactions.
