PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

For the past 20 years, Jeff has utilized his knowledge of the municipal bond markets, the commercial banking industry and his extensive contacts in Washington, D.C., to assist municipalities, nonprofits, commercial enterprises and Tribal governments in financing almost $5 billion in various revenue-based enterprises. These include commercial office buildings, health care ventures, higher education facilities, multi-family housing projects, cash anticipation programs and golf courses. In addition, Jeff has specialized in projects for Native American infrastructure, aquaculture, education and gaming-related activities.
