PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Nick is a Vice President of Northland Securities, focusing on both the Public Finance and Fixed Income Investment Banking departments of the company. He has been a public finance professional since 1993, addressing municipal finance needs at the state, county and local levels. Nick specializes in all aspects of economic development, including industrial/commercial development, tax increment, tax abatement and housing. He has expertise in financings utilizing industrial development bonds (IDBs), taxable and tax-exempt municipal bonds, taxable corporate bonds, commercial loan syndications and the placement/sale of tax increment revenue notes.
