Ellaura (Laurie) Ukofia

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Laurie is a Vice President within the Public Finance Department of Northland Securities and has worked with municipalities, schools and higher education facilities for over 25 years. She has expertise in structuring, selling and closing capital financings, including general obligation and revenue bonds, lease transactions, conduit financings and pooled financings. She also has extensive knowledge of regulatory disclosure requirements. Prior to joining Northland, Laurie managed a bond services department, including the preparation of Official Statements, rating presentations, bond sale activities and issue closings.
