Cleve, a Senior Vice President of Northland Securities, has been a public finance professional since 1970. During his more than four-decade career, Cleve has focused exclusively on addressing the municipal finance needs of local and state governments, schools, and nonprofit organizations throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience in all types of general obligation and revenue bond issues.
