BACKGROUND
Mr. Bueno is a Managing Director at Northland Securities in the Investment Banking division. He brings to the firm over 20 years of experience in finance and investment banking, with expertise spanning public and private capital raises, debt financing, sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, and restructurings. Throughout his career, Mr. Bueno has successfully executed over 50 transactions, totaling more than $13 billion in aggregate transaction value. Prior to Northland Capital Markets, Mr. Bueno held a position in the investment banking group at B. Riley Securities, Inc., where he focused on the digital infrastructure, digi-tal assets, industrials, and technology media & telecom sectors. His background also includes serving as a Research Analyst/Vice President at Compass Point Research and Trading, LLC, covering regional banks and specialty finance companies, including cryptocurrency, and as a Senior Analyst and Co-Director of Research at Armstrong, Fleming & Moore.
EDUCATION
Mr. Bueno received his B.S. in business administration from American University and his MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
