BACKGROUND
Mr. Bures joined Northland Capital Markets in 2025 with the acquisition of Country Club Financial Ser-vices, Inc., d/b/a The Capital Corporation. As Managing Director in Investment Banking, he has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry which includes assisting clients in mergers, acquisi-tions, divestitures and strategic planning.
Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, Mr. Bures was the Vice President of Operations with Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Insurance Company, KBS Division – the successor to Kansas Bankers Surety Company. Previously in his professional career, Mr. Bures was a consulting Professional Engineer in the power industry.

Mr. Bures earned a B.S. degree in Engineering from the University of Kansas,
Lawrence, Kansas.

Mr. Bures holds and maintains the FINRA SIE Securities Essentials, Series 24 General Securities Principal and Series 79 Investment Banking Registered Representative.
