BACKGROUND
Mike Grondahl joined Northland Capital Markets in January 2016 as Head of Equity Research and Senior Research Analyst focused on Financial Technology and Business Services. In 2017, he was named Head of Institutional Equity Sales, Trading and Research. In 2025, Mike was named Head of Equities/Director of Research. He has more than 25 years of experience in institutional research with prominent investment banks and buy-side firms. Prior to working in equity research, Mike worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young and Deloitte & Touche.

Mike graduated summa cum laude from the University of St. Thomas.
