BACKGROUND
David Levine is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Northland Capital Markets, where he leads the firm’s investment banking efforts with expertise across the capital stack. Mr. Levine excels at finding bespoke capital solutions with prominent investors allowing our corporate clients to benefit from outsized capital on attractive terms. Mr. Levine takes pride in his ability to serve as a trusted advisor and long-term partner to clients for their strategic initiatives.
Under his leadership at Northland, corporate clients have successfully raised over $12.5 billion in capital with Northland acting as lead or sole bookrunner. Over his tenure at Northland, Mr. Levine has been a part of transactions that have resulted in capital raises in excess of $70 billion. He has worked across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on technology, digital infrastructure, energy/power, industrials and fintech.
Prior to joining Northland, Mr. Levine was a trader at Goldman Sachs. He subsequently served as Head Trader and Portfolio Manager at Dialectic Capital, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund based in New York City.
EDUCATION
Mr. Levine earned his B.A. degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
