BACKGROUND

MJ has over three decades of experience in fixed income sales and trading across many products. She has extensive experience in Agencies, CD’s, CP, MBS, Municipals, Preferreds, Repo & Treasuries.

MJ is involved in the MN GFOA world and serves on the education and program committee. She is also a recent member of Women in Finance.

Outside of work, MJ is very passionate about her community. She has served on the board of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund since 2017, including the role of Board Chair in 2020. MJ is also involved as an advisor to the U of MN Venture Center Advisory Board and Lunar Startups. She is a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and Crescent Cove Respite and Hospice Home for Kids. Also, she was past board member for the First Tee.

EDUCATION

MJ earned her BBA degree in Economics and Finance from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and did her graduate work at the University of St. Thomas.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS

MJ holds and maintains her FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative and Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law Exam registrations.
