Natalie is a Director of Institutional Sales with Northland Fixed Income in Kansas City. Her primary responsibilities include building strategic and profitable fixed income portfolios for institutional clients across the Midwest. Her analysis and oversight offers sound investment advice using a diversified mix of conservative investment products. Understanding that each client is uniquely different, Natalie offers tested insight while carefully considering the financial objectives of each portfolio manager she advises.
Natalie frequently authors the Portfolio Managers Report, a daily overview of the economy and markets as well as the monthly Leaderboard Report and our annual Bond School series. She has provided additional strategy and in-depth market analysis through publications and conferences offered and published by state banking associations in the Midwest.
She holds the following securities licenses:
- Series 7 – General Securities Representative Exam
- Series 52 – MSRB Municipal Securities Registered Representative
- Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent State Law Exam

Natalie was born and raised in Leawood, Kansas, and attended Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and holds the MSRB Series 52 Representative license.
Natalie’s banking career started at Country Club Bank. She joined the bank in 2010 with Country Club Financial Services, Inc. (CCFSI). Four months later she joined the Capital Markets Group of the bank, where she found her niche.
Natalie resides in Lee's Summit, MO with her wife Ariel and their four children. She enjoys cooking, traveling, running and spending time on the lake.
