BACKGROUND

Jenny Broden is a Senior Issuance Specialist for Northland Securities, joining the firm in 2019. As an Issuance Specialist, she works with issuers on their earliest steps of financing to final stages of the issuance process. Jenny works with cities, counties, school districts, special districts, utilities, and authorities, guiding them through all the steps of the issuance process. Her work in public finance has covered issuances in Minnesota, Iowa, and North Dakota. Throughout the issuance process, it is her number one priority to create the utmost quality of work while keeping the process seamless, simplified, and enjoyable for the client.

Prior to joining Northland, Jenny worked in accounting for seven years. During that time, she worked closely with auditors, top level executives, and staff to ensure that the internal processes were accurate, timely, and communicated to all necessary individuals. Jenny’s past work experience and her time at Northland have provided the communication and problem-solving skills necessary to work alongside issuers and bond attorneys to ensure a successful financing.

Jenny focuses on providing the highest level of service to every client, with exceptional communication between an issuer, bond counsel, and Northland throughout every step of the process. The depth of her experience and attention to detail ensures that clients receive a high-quality work product and prompt attention both during and after their bond transactions have closed.

EDUCATION

Bachelor of Science in Business, Minor in Marketing, University of Phoenix.
