BACKGROUND
Tobin joined First National Capital Markets in June 2013. Prior to joining First National Capital Markets, he was an educator for sixteen years with six years as a school superintendent in Western Nebraska. Tobin's practice focuses on municipal advising and tax-exempt debt issuances for public school districts and other entities in out-state Nebraska.
EDUCATION
Tobin obtained his Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, his Master's degree in School Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and his Specialist's degree in School Superintendency from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
PROFESSIONAL LICENSES
In addition to his education certifications, Tobin holds and maintains the FINRA Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 52 Municipal Securities Representative Exam, Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative Exam, and Series 63 Uniform Securities State Law Exam registrations.
