BACKGROUND
George is a Managing Director within the Public Finance Department. He has been providing public finance services to Minnesota municipalities since the early 1990’s. During his career, George has been directly involved in more than 1,000 debt financings representing over $1.8 Billion in project costs.
George provides his clients with guidance in many facets of municipal finance, including comprehensive debt management, long range capital planning, general infrastructure debt and lease financing, economic development finance, refunding analysis, health care finance and investment management.
EDUCATION
He graduated from Mankato State University with a degree in Public Administration and received a Master’s degree in Urban & Regional Studies from Mankato State University.
