BACKGROUND
Jessica is a Managing Director of Public Finance with Northland Securities. With experience in municipal finance, community and economic development, and commercial banking, Jessica is able to assist Minnesota cities and counties with all aspects of their project planning and financing needs. Jessica joined Northland in 2014 after working nearly a decade in local government, serving the City of Big Lake and the City of Minneapolis.
Jessica has a proven track record of making complex financial issues understandable and building consensus among diverse interests. She prides herself on an approachable style, ensuring that staff, elected officials, and other project participants feel confident and informed every step of the way. Jessica’s areas of expertise include debt issuance and management, financial planning and management, economic development, redevelopment, and housing.

Jessica graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
