BACKGROUND

Rebecca Greenway joined Northland Securities in 2024 serving local governments throughout Iowa as an underwriter, municipal advisor, or placement agent. Her work focuses on financing public infrastructure projects through bond underwriting, municipal advisory services, long range capital planning, economic development, cash flow modeling, and debt management. Previously, she served as an investment banking associate in Citigroup’s Institutional Clients Group helping advise technology companies on M&A, private placements, and other strategic transactions.

Rebecca is based in Des Moines, Iowa, where she was born and raised. At Northland, she is involved with the Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB), Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC), Iowa League of Cities, and Iowa Municipal Finance Officers Association (IMFOA).

In her free time, she enjoys running an ice cream business, as well as sailing and kayaking with her Mini Australian Shepherd, who was adopted from Hope Animal Rescue of Iowa in 2019.

EDUCATION

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Investment Banking from Cornell University.
