BACKGROUND
Joe Robertson is a Managing Director with Northland Public Finance, joining the firm in 2022. He has over 30 years of public finance experience and serves municipal clients with the issuance of taxexempt and taxable debt using fixed rate current interest bonds, capital appreciation bonds, variable rate financings, and derivative products.
Joe structured and served as senior banker on over 600 bond and note issues for multiple Ohio issuers including various local units of government (Counties, Cities, Villages, and Townships), experience with Higher Education institutions, various Utility Authorities, and State Authorities. The par amount for such issues exceeds $4.5 billion.
